All virtual currency movement through our tools is tied to wages for work performed and platform rewards, not speculative financial activity.

MetaverseJobs.social integrates Game Tokens (GTs) as part of a closed-loop virtual rewards system operated by GameTokens.biz and partner platforms. In that system:

• GTs are used as a virtual reward asset and ledger unit inside compatible platforms.
• GTs have no cash-out function into real-world currency.
• GTs are non-refundable and not marketed as an investment or financial product.
• GT-based rewards may be used for in-system perks, goods, or services where supported.

MetaverseJobs.social uses GT balances only for in-platform rewards, staff incentives, and virtual wage scheduling inside this closed ecosystem.

Employers may designate wages in L$ for jobs and shifts. Our tools are designed so that:

• Employer funding is attached to specific jobs, shifts, or pay periods.
• Funds are earmarked for virtual wages, not held as interest-bearing deposits.
• Unused funds may be returned or reallocated if a job is canceled or unfilled.

All L$ transactions ultimately occur within the Second Life ecosystem and remain subject to Linden Lab’s Terms of Service and related policies.

MetaverseJobs.social is intentionally designed to align with Linden Lab rules and similar virtual-world policies. Specifically, we:

• Focus on wages for work, rather than speculative or gambling-based rewards.
• Do not create or promote in-world banks, interest-bearing accounts, or currency exchanges.
• Do not present ourselves as an official Second Life service or Linden Lab partner.

If we detect that a job, campaign, or employer usage might conflict with these rules, we may restrict or disable related features to protect the platform and community.

MetaverseJobs.social does not provide tools for gambling or games of chance that pay out L$ or GTs. Our systems must not be used to:

• Distribute wages or rewards based solely on random outcomes.
• Operate lotteries, slots, or similar chance-based games using L$ or GTs as prizes.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or integration that uses our tools for prohibited gambling activity in violation of virtual-world policies or law.

MetaverseJobs.social provides scheduling and tracking tools for employers and staff. We do not:

• Serve as the legal employer of staff appearing in job listings.
• Classify individuals as employees or independent contractors under real-world law.
• Handle real-world payroll tax withholding or reporting on behalf of employers.

Each employer or agency is responsible for understanding and meeting any real-world obligations that may apply to them, if any, in their jurisdiction.

MetaverseJobs.social may integrate with or be used by partner platforms that also support Game Tokens (GTs) or other virtual reward systems. Those partners:

• Are responsible for how they award, track, and spend GTs within their own experiences.
• Agree that GTs remain a closed-loop virtual reward asset with no real-world redemption.
• Must not represent GTs or wages handled through MetaverseJobs.social as a bank product or investment.

Our goal is to maintain a consistent, transparent approach across all partner collaborations so that participants understand the virtual nature of all rewards and wages.
